DELIVERY & COLLECTION UK
UK Mainland only. (Overseas orders see below)
Kits can be packaged and delivered by courier to UK mainland destinations at a cost of £125.
Alternatively, kits can be collected (un-packed) personally from our Registered office in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire by prior arrangement. (We do not have a retail shop, so visits are by appointment only and no third party couriers are accepted).
OVERSEAS ORDERS
Non-UK mainland and overseas customers – please contact us to discuss options.
Transit of these heavy kits overseas can be very expensive and the potential for loss or damage is much higher, so we do not generally export kits or arrange overseas deliveries.
However, it is possible for overseas customers to arrange and pay for their own shipping, but the customer will be responsible for all arrangements and costs, customs arrangements and charges, import/export taxes, insurance of goods in transit, and any loss or damage etc.
You must liaise with us to establish package sizes and weights and then gain quotes from couriers based on this information, prior to formally ordering and making payment for a kit.
Payment must then clear in our bank before you formally book a courier and you must liaise closely with us to arrange a suitable dispatch date and the correct completion of forms. We will also need to advise you of package numbers, sizes and weights, EORI code etc. and you will then need to issue us with labels and documentation from your courier.
No liability is accepted by Ian’s Electric Engines for damages or loss of overseas orders, or for any issues, delays or additional charges relating to customs checks etc.
Kits must be paid for in GBP £ for the full amount as stated on the invoice with no deductions accepted for international exchange rates or bank transfer charges.
A packing & admin charge of £30 GBP will also be made on overseas orders by Ian’s Electric Engines Limited.
No returns are accepted.
